Join a corporate marketing and communications function supporting a leading financial services organization with a strong Americas presence. This team is focused on strengthening brand identity, elevating visual communications, and ensuring marketing materials reflect a consistent, polished, and professional brand experience across internal and external channels.
This is a remote contract opportunity supporting brand, marketing, and communications initiatives. The role is expected to begin with heavier weekly support and may adjust based on project workload and creative services demand.
- Develop high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand consistency across marketing, communications, presentation, and business collateral.
- Partner with brand marketing and internal stakeholders to translate brand strategy into compelling creative concepts and polished deliverables.
- Create and refresh templates, resource guides, fact sheets, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines while balancing creativity, business needs, readability, and visual clarity.
- Build and manage creative workflows from concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and quality standards are met.
- Curate and maintain brand image libraries that improve creative governance, asset access, and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to modernize the firm’s look and feel while staying aligned with existing brand standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on branding-related initiatives and help support alignment with global business partners.
- 5–7 years of experience in creative services, brand design, marketing design, corporate communications design, or a similar visual branding role.
- Strong background creating corporate marketing collateral, templates, presentations, fact sheets, resource guides, and branded visual assets.
- Proven ability to work within established brand guidelines while maintaining a strong creative lens.
- Strong understanding of corporate branding, especially within B2B or professional services environments.
- Ability to partner with marketing, communications, business stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Strong design judgment with attention to layout, formatting, readability, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Experience managing creative workflows, priorities, deadlines, documentation, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to act as a brand advisor to stakeholders.
