This opportunity is with a fast-moving recruitment delivery team supporting specialized hiring across life sciences, clinical research, scientific, healthcare, IT, finance, engineering, and professional services. The team works across high-touch client accounts, MSP/VMS programs, and niche searches where sourcing precision, responsiveness, strong candidate engagement, and adaptability are critical to success.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who has a strong foundation in life sciences, clinical, scientific, biotech, pharmaceutical, research, or healthcare recruiting, while also being comfortable supporting adjacent enterprise requisitions when business priorities shift. The environment requires independence, accountability, strong sourcing discipline, and the ability to recalibrate quickly based on feedback and market realities.

- Primary focus on life sciences, clinical, scientific, healthcare, biotech, pharma, and research-related roles.
- Exposure to a broader mix of requisitions across IT, finance, engineering, operations, and professional services as client needs evolve.
- Opportunity to own searches, shape sourcing strategy, and contribute to measurable wins on hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborative team environment with clear expectations, direct feedback, and support from recruitment leadership.
- Build targeted candidate pipelines for clinical, scientific, research, biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, and regulated industry roles.
- Source talent for positions such as Clinical Research professionals, Clinical Operations support, Clinical Programmers, Statistical Programmers, Scientists, Research Associates, QA/QC professionals, Medical Affairs, Laboratory Services, and R&D talent.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, job boards, ATS searches, referrals, market mapping, and talent pools to identify active and passive candidates.
- Support requisitions outside of life sciences when needed, including IT, finance, engineering, project management, business operations, and other professional services roles.
- Conduct detailed candidate screens covering technical fit, domain experience, communication, work authorization, location, compensation alignment, availability, and motivation.
- Partner with recruitment leadership, account teams, MSP contacts, and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and adjust sourcing strategy quickly.
- Manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, writeups, submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer support, and redeployment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate ATS activity and track sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality, submittal outcomes, and time-to-fill progress.
- 3 to 5+ years of recruiting experience, with direct exposure to life sciences, clinical, scientific, research, biotech, pharma, healthcare, laboratory, or CRO-related hiring.
- Advanced sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, advanced filters, saved searches, talent pools, and market mapping.
- Experience recruiting for clinical, scientific, research, laboratory, QA/QC, medical affairs, clinical operations, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated healthcare roles.
- Ability and willingness to support requisitions outside of life sciences, including IT, finance, engineering, operations, and professional services.
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce recruiting, preferably within MSP/VMS environments.
- Experience supporting W2 contract roles, including candidate screening, rate alignment, availability, location fit, and submittal readiness.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions with different skill sets, industries, locations, rates, and urgency levels.
- Strong screening judgment with the ability to separate true must-haves from nice-to-haves and validate whether candidates have actually performed the required work.
- Comfortable assessing candidates for scientific, technical, regulatory, and business-facing roles.
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated, GMP, GLP, GCP, clinical research, laboratory, or pharmaceutical environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally, clarify role expectations, and represent opportunities accurately.
- Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the maturity to handle shifting requisition priorities without losing momentum or ownership.
- Experience with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant is a plus.
- Experience with Fieldglass, IQNavigator, VNDLY, or similar VMS platforms is a plus.
