This opportunity is with a technology organization focused on strengthening enterprise cloud capabilities through secure, scalable, and reusable platform architecture. The team operates in a highly collaborative environment, partnering across infrastructure, security, networking, identity, DevOps, and application engineering groups to build cloud foundations that support long-term modernization and business growth. This role is ideal for a senior cloud architecture professional who can define platform direction, establish guardrails, and create repeatable patterns that help teams adopt cloud services safely and consistently.

This role offers the opportunity to lead architecture for core cloud platform capabilities rather than focusing only on individual application solutions. The selected candidate will help shape cloud infrastructure standards, influence enterprise platform strategy, and work across technical teams to build scalable cloud foundations that support secure delivery at scale.

• Lead architecture for cloud infrastructure capabilities across IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity, and connectivity.
• Define cloud platform patterns, landing zones, guardrails, and reusable standards that enable secure and consistent cloud adoption.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, networking, identity, DevOps, and application teams to align platform architecture with enterprise needs.
• Design scalable cloud foundations that support governance, resiliency, observability, access control, and operational readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud connectivity models, identity integration, network segmentation, and platform automation.
• Help establish architectural direction for platform engineering practices, including infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code, templates, and golden paths.
• Review proposed cloud designs and guide teams toward secure, supportable, and reusable platform patterns.
• Drive alignment between cloud platform strategy and implementation teams to ensure architecture can be delivered and operated effectively.

• Proven experience as a senior or lead cloud architect with strong cloud infrastructure and platform engineering depth.
• Hands-on architecture experience across cloud IaaS and PaaS services.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, connectivity, DNS, routing, segmentation, private endpoints, and hybrid cloud patterns.
• Experience with cloud identity, access management, federation, RBAC, privileged access, and security guardrails.
• Demonstrated experience designing or leading cloud landing zones, reusable platform patterns, governance models, and enterprise cloud standards.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation practices, such as Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, ARM templates, or similar tools.
• Ability to partner effectively with security, infrastructure, networking, DevOps, and engineering stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain platform decisions, tradeoffs, and architecture standards to technical and leadership audiences.
• Cloud certifications are preferred, especially architect-level certifications across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
