This opportunity supports a front office technology portfolio within a financial services environment focused on capital markets delivery. The team partners closely with technology, product, business, and trading-aligned stakeholders to deliver solutions across fast-paced markets environments. This role is best suited for a senior Agile professional who understands the pace, complexity, and stakeholder expectations of front office capital markets technology, particularly within FICC.

This is a hybrid opportunity supporting a high-visibility technology portfolio. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with front office capital markets teams and contribute to Agile delivery across complex trading-aligned initiatives. Engagement: W2 only, no C2C/1099.

• Lead Scrum delivery across front office capital markets technology teams.
• Partner with technology, product, business, and trading-aligned stakeholders to drive execution.
• Support Agile delivery across FICC or related capital markets initiatives.
• Improve sprint planning, backlog refinement, story breakdown, dependency tracking, and delivery visibility.
• Use Jira and Confluence to strengthen reporting, accountability, documentation, and team alignment.
• Track risks, blockers, dependencies, metrics, and delivery progress for leadership and stakeholders.
• Help teams operate with stronger Agile discipline while adapting to the pace of front office technology delivery.

• Senior Scrum Master / Agile Lead experience supporting technology delivery teams.
• Strong Front Office Capital Markets experience required.
• FICC experience strongly preferred, including fixed income, rates, credit, FX, commodities, derivatives, or trading technology.
• Experience working with engineering teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and trading-aligned users.
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience for Agile planning, reporting, dashboards, documentation, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to manage dependencies, blockers, risks, and fast-changing priorities in a high-pressure markets environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMP are preferred.
