This team partners closely with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to improve how employees request services, manage approvals, access enterprise resources, and move work across connected platforms. The environment is collaborative, business-facing, and focused on building scalable ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise growth, operational clarity, and better user experiences.
This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity supporting enterprise ServiceNow initiatives, including S2P workflow support, Employee Center readiness, HRSD rollout activities, and future ServiceNow enhancements. The role is based in Bridgewater, NJ and will support a full-time schedule within an enterprise applications environment.
- Serve as the day-to-day ServiceNow functional lead across assigned enterprise application initiatives.
- Lead business-facing workstreams by facilitating meetings, documenting requirements, tracking decisions, and driving follow-ups with minimal oversight.
- Translate business needs into clear ServiceNow requirements for workflows, portals, catalog items, approvals, intake forms, dashboards, notifications, and integration touchpoints.
- Partner with technical leads and developers to ensure requirements are buildable, testable, and aligned with the broader ServiceNow architecture.
- Support S2P-related workflows involving procurement intake, request routing, supplier and contract handoffs, status visibility, and integration coordination.
- Help drive Employee Center and portal readiness by supporting content structure, navigation, request experience, ownership models, testing, and adoption planning.
- Coordinate across multiple initiatives while keeping priorities, blockers, risks, decisions, and next steps visible to PMO, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain functional documentation including requirements, process flows, decision logs, test scenarios, UAT scripts, security assumptions, and cutover inputs.
- Support SIT and UAT by preparing scenarios, coordinating testers, tracking defects, validating fixes, and confirming end-to-end workflow readiness.
- Identify risks and gaps early, including unclear ownership, missing requirements, weak adoption plans, integration dependencies, and business readiness concerns.
- 10+ years of relevant business applications, enterprise applications, business analysis, or functional leadership experience preferred.
- Strong ServiceNow experience in an enterprise applications environment, beyond basic ITSM or ticketing.
- Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, business engagement, documentation, testing coordination, issue resolution, and cross-functional follow-through.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow workflows tied to procurement, HR, legal, enterprise portals, catalog items, dashboards, approvals, and reporting.
- Familiarity with S2P/P2P processes such as intake, approvals, supplier management, sourcing, contracts, requisitions, and request routing.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion ERP, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to HCM systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Experience coordinating workflows across ServiceNow, ERP, HCM, CLM, procurement, and related enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to CLM platforms such as Agiloft, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar tools is preferred.
- Experience supporting Employee Center, HRSD, portals, catalog items, workflows, dashboards, and reporting is preferred.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, defect triage, business readiness, and cutover preparation.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-through, stakeholder management, and independent work management skills.
- Life sciences, biotech, pharma, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- ServiceNow, business analysis, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
