About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a Head of Medical Devices to lead Axion’s business in the MedTech sector. This individual will own the vertical’s commercial outcomes, driving new customer acquisition, deepening enterprise partnerships, and ensuring deployments that translate AI insights into measurable product quality and reliability improvements.
This leader will act as the business owner for Axion’s MedTech footprint, defining how we engage with medical device manufacturers and shaping the commercial and operational model that supports them. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic consulting experience, vertical expertise, and a track record of building and scaling complex B2B relationships.

Requirements

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business outcomes across complex enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of the medical device value chain—from design and manufacturing to quality and post-market surveillance.
Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented; thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
