Field Marketing Coordinator, Northeast

The Field Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of regional marketing programs, events, and partner initiatives that support sales goals and increase engagement.

This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Axis Experience Center in Chelmsford, MA.

• →Work with the Field Marketing Manager to support successful marketing initiatives within the business area.
• →Assist with the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and localized marketing collateral.
• →Support marketing communications activities, including content creation and the development of flyers, brochures, giveaways, and related materials.
• →Coordinate co-marketing projects with local channel partners to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• →Collaborate with Field Marketing Coordinators in other business areas to share best practices, improve processes, and promote consistency.
• →Serve as a liaison between the local sales team and the marketing department.
• →Maintain local marketing records and reporting.
• →Work with the Field Marketing Manager to prepare monthly highlights and updates for the Business Area Director.
• →Support the Axis Experience Center (AEC) as needed, including meeting coordination, visitor support, hospitality, supplies, and other operational activities.
• →Support event coordination and other field marketing activities as needed.

You are highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong time-management and problem-solving skills. You can manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and work collaboratively across a variety of initiatives. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with a professional, welcoming demeanor and experience supporting events and creative execution.

• Two or more years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility.
• Experience supporting events, marketing programs, or creative projects.
• A professional, welcoming, and collaborative demeanor.

Salary range for this role is $32-35 an hour. (based on education, experience, and location)
