What if your next finance leadership role wasn't just about the numbers?

What if it gave you the opportunity to influence business strategy across multiple European countries, partner directly with executive and senior leadership, lead high-performing teams across Europe, and play a pivotal role in one of the world's most innovative live entertainment companies?

At AXS, we're looking for a commercially-minded, people-focused VP Finance, Europe to lead our European finance function during an exciting period of growth and evolution.

This is more than a finance role. It's a chance to help shape the future of a business that connects millions of fans with the events they love.

AXS is a leading global ticketing and event technology company, delivering innovative ticketing, data, marketing, and fan engagement solutions to some of the world's most iconic venues, sports teams, festivals, and live entertainment events.

As a subsidiary of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), AXS sells millions of tickets annually on behalf of more than 500 partners across North America, Europe, and Asia. From world-renowned venues and major sporting organisations to global tours and festivals, we help fans discover and experience unforgettable live events.

Since launching in 2011, we've continued to challenge convention and redefine what's possible within ticketing and live entertainment. Today, our teams across London, Birmingham, Hamburg, Paris, Stockholm, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Melbourne and beyond are united by a shared passion for innovation, collaboration, and creating exceptional experiences.

As VP Finance, Europe, you will be the senior finance leader for the region, with full responsibility for the financial management, governance, reporting, planning, and control of our European finance operations.

Leading teams across the UK, France, Germany, and Sweden, you will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, payroll, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial operations, ensuring the function continues to scale alongside the business.

Equally important, you'll serve as a key member of the European senior leadership team and a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, Europe, helping to guide strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and drive commercial performance.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Finance, with a dotted-line relationship to the Managing Director, Europe, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and operational excellence.
