Pay: $22.50/hr + a $2 night shift differential = $24.50!

Responsibilities

  • →Fabrication and Assembly:
    • →Fabricate and assemble custom millwork components using PVC materials.
    • →Operate a variety of tools and machinery, including routers, saws, sanders, and other equipment, to cut, shape, and finish PVC.
    • →Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to create precise and durable products.
  • →Quality Control:
    • →Inspect work throughout the process to ensure all components meet company and client quality standards.
    • →Perform final inspections to confirm accurate assembly, measurements, and finishes.
  • →Tool and Equipment Maintenance:
    • →Maintain and operate carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
    • →Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment issues promptly.
  • →Safety and Cleanliness:
    • →Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
    • →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
  • →Other duties as assigned
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience as a bench carpenter, fabricator, or similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with PVC material is highly desirable; training may be provided for candidates with related carpentry experience.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Experience with carpentry tools, including those specifically suited for PVC work.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during fabrication and assembly.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
