Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an extrusion processing environment preferred. Demonstrated experience with extrusion processes and equipment.
Skills:

Proven knowledge of extrusion processes and equipment operation.
Strong decision-making, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills for inputting process and quality data.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
