We seek highly motivated individuals with the dedication, integrity, and creative spirit needed to thrive in our organization.

About the Role

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company focused on innovative products that meet the needs of underserved patients. Within the ARGO franchise — our hospital-focused, targeted-delivery specialty business — we are preparing to launch D-PLEX100, a locally administered, extended-release surgical anti-infective for the prevention of surgical site infection.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing (Institutional) to execute the account-facing and institutional marketing program for D-PLEX100 in the US. Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing (D-PLEX100 brand lead) within the ARGO franchise, this individual develops the formulary and value-story tools, congress and KOL logistics, and account-facing materials that help move D-PLEX100 from institutional approval to protocol adoption. D-PLEX100 is an inpatient, DRG-reimbursed product whose adoption is governed at the account level by institutional Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committees, so institutional marketing works in close coordination with HCP demand generation and with Market Access/HEOR.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of US-based marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with hospital, surgical, anti-infective, or other institutional/inpatient product experience preferred. This is a US-focused, execution-oriented role in a fast-paced, launch-stage environment that rewards a hands-on, collaborative contributor.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Marketing & Execution

  • Develop and execute account-facing and institutional marketing materials for D-PLEX100 — formulary value tools, P&T submission support materials, and value-analysis-committee content — aligned to the brand strategy set by the Senior Director.
  • Manage day-to-day production of institutional campaigns and materials, ensuring timely development, medical/legal/regulatory review, and deployment.
  • Support monitoring of P&T and formulary access, protocol adoption, and account-level uptake, and surface insights to inform tactics.
  • Support primary and secondary market research with pharmacy, infection-prevention, and institutional decision-maker audiences to inform the value story.

Launch Planning & Readiness

  • Support cross-functional US launch readiness for D-PLEX100 and subsequent indications, contributing institutional-marketing deliverables to the integrated launch plan and readiness gates.
  • Help develop US launch materials, field and account-team tools, and training content, sequenced to regulatory approval and the reimbursement and coding milestones that gate the commercial model.
  • Coordinate institutional-access deliverables (formulary tools, P&T submission support, coding materials) with HCP demand generation so promotion and access readiness move together.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access/HEOR, Regulatory, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant promotional and educational content.

Product & Lifecycle Support

  • Prioritize and allocate institutional-marketing tactics and budget within the brand plan to maximize impact and return.
  • Support indication-expansion planning by developing institutional positioning and account-facing tools for new surgical settings as they advance.
  • Track the competitive and standard-of-care landscape — including infection-prevention bundles and protocol inertia — and surface implications for institutional tactics.
  • Work with sales training, commercial partners, and medical and legal teams to develop and implement commercial training for the franchise.

Stakeholder & Field Collaboration

  • Support alignment between marketing and the hospital field and account teams on institutional strategy and messaging.
  • Engage pharmacy, infection-prevention, and antimicrobial-stewardship stakeholders and KOLs to gather insight and inform the value story.
  • Manage congress and KOL logistics, and collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to develop omnichannel campaigns tailored to institutional audiences.

Measures of Success

  • Execution: institutional materials and account tools are delivered on time, clear medical/legal/regulatory review, and are field- and account-ready at launch.
  • Access support: formulary and P&T submission tools are in place and used to support target-account access.
  • Coordination: institutional-access deliverables stay aligned with HCP demand generation so promotion and access readiness move together.
  • Quality: institutional messaging remains compliant and consistent across channels and materials.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of US-based marketing / launch experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands, indications, or workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving organization, with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing materials and manage them through medical/legal/regulatory review.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Regulatory on compliant promotional and educational content.
  • Willingness to travel ~20–30% (including conferences, sales meetings, and field rides).

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospital, surgical, anti-infective, or other institutional / inpatient product experience preferred.
  • Exposure to institutional access, formulary, or P&T marketing for a hospital-administered product.
  • Familiarity with inpatient DRG-reimbursed products and pharmacy / infection-prevention / antimicrobial-stewardship stakeholders.
  • Launch experience with an in-licensed or newly acquired asset.
  • Congress and KOL logistics experience.
