We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Mexico to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position.
- This is a freelance, on-demand engagement.
- Work is sporadic and scheduled in advance based on operational needs (e.g., specific days for shipments, inventory checks).
- There are no fixed or guaranteed weekly hours.
- You will be contacted for specific tasks or interventions as they arise, typically during standard Monday-Friday business hours in Mexico.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Shipment Coordination & Inventory Management: Manage all office logistics by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers like DHL/FedEx and performing regular inventory checks to maintain accurate digital records of equipment and supplies.
- →On-Site Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and liaising with vendors to resolve infrastructure or logistical roadblocks.
Requirements

- Are highly detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks from start to finish.
- Possess basic technical aptitude for office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
- Have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Have prior experience in logistics, administration, or support roles (a plus, but not mandatory).
