Responsibilities

→Coordinate daily schedules based on customer needs, technician skill sets, and call priority
→Dispatch and debrief technicians throughout the day
→Keep jobs running efficiently by monitoring technician performance and productivity
→Provide timely, professional communication with customers
→Work closely with leadership to help achieve daily and monthly goals
→Be the calm, organized voice that keeps the team moving forward

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in a service-based industry
Experience dispatching field technicians
ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure
