• →Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency. 
• →Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians. 
• →Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls. 
• →Adjust schedules when emergencies, delays, or cancellations happen. 
• →Manage technician on-call schedules. 
• →Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams. 
• →Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns. 
• →Pull permits and coordinate inspections. 
• →Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation. 
• →Track Quiet Cool & Generac inventory and order equipment as needed. 
• →Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with month-end goals.
