About the Role
~1 min read- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming HVAC and plumbing equipment and parts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Pull and stage materials for scheduled jobs
- Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to technicians at job sites
- Pick up parts and supplies from vendors as needed
- Safely load and unload trucks
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
- Properly handle and store HVAC and plumbing materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing parts is preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Combination of warehouse work and driving to job sites
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Active role requiring lifting, bending, standing, and moving throughout the day
- M-Friday with occasional weekend work
- $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience
