At least six years’ experience in a similar role
Sound working knowledge of vineyard production
Strong organisational, time management and supervisory skills
Ability to work and perform under pressure

Responsibilities

→Manage the Production Manager and Senior Supervisor within the vineyard division
→Oversee the team’s daily activities
→Manage the irrigation, pest control and weed control schedules
→Facilitate communication between the farm and cellar teams
→Manage all vineyard audits (SAWIS & WIETA)
→Prepare and manage the budget
→Conduct detailed weekly planning of activities and labour requirements
→Support the other department as needed
