Babylonstoren is seeking a reliable and efficient Picker & Packer to join our dispatch team. The successful candidate will ensure that customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, timeously, and to the highest quality standards.

Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics environment would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

→Accurately pick products from stock according to order sheets.
→Pack orders securely and correctly, ensuring products are protected and labelled properly.
→Prepare goods for dispatch, including palletising, wrapping, and loading.
→Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dispatch and storage areas.
→Conduct quality and quantity checks before dispatch.
→Fill in traceability sheets accurately.
→Assist with stock rotation and inventory counts when required.
→Always follow health and safety procedures.
→Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the Dispatch/Warehouse Manager.
