The Engagement team aims to create a personalised & trusted relationship with users through their customer journey, by curating tailored experiences and guiding them with relevant content across our owned channels (Merch & CRM), in order to boost engagement and become the destination to buy, sell or recycle electronics devices.
As a CRM apprentice (Customer Experience), you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on ad-hoc campaigns at Global Level, with a focus on France, US, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom & Japan. CRM is responsible for delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right moment, through different channels like emails, push notifications and in-apps.
Support the creation of the CRM animation plan in accordance with the objectives for the markets.
Support the campaign creation effort in our CRM tool Braze, working closely with our brand managers and copywriters.
Help to implement campaigns on various CRM channels (email, push notifications, in-app).
Analyze our campaign's results and provide recommendations to the team.
Support the evolution of our transversal projects (lifecycle email optimizations).
Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship
English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak Spanish or German, bonus points for you!
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are creative, you have an experimentation and testing mindset
You can work independently and take initiative in projects
You have a previous experience in marketing, a big plus if it was in CRM
If you have basic html knowledge and you’ve already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus!
Starting date: September 2026
Duration: 12 months
Location: Bordeaux France
Contract: You must already be enrolled in a work-study program in a French school (contrat d'alternance / d'apprentissage)
