Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. We are seeking a Product Producibility & Launch Engineer (P2L Engineer) with deep Antenna expertise to join our emerging‑technology and development programs. The incumbent will apply the full spectrum of P2L responsibilities (DFM, DFT, DTUPC, and Transition‑to‑Production) while serving as the go‑to antenna specialist for any program that contains significant antenna hardware or requires antenna‑related producibility support.

The P2L Program Engineer is charged with providing technical leadership, support, and direction for new product designs intended to be transitioned into Production from Engineering. Focusing on affordability and producibility activities early in the design process, the P2L Engineer will help drive technology trends into our factories to maximize design flexibility, manufacturability, and lower overall product costs.

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering with experience in Engineering and Manufacturing principles
Practical understanding of product development and the product development lifecycle
Capable of leading product producibility efforts on Hardware development programs
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Experience with antenna hardware design, manufacturing, and test
Familiarity with antenna supplier base and manufacturing capabilities

Practical understanding and ability to create affordability plans and reports
Familiarity with composites manufacturing
