+5 years of experience in operations and construction management
Have a degree in Engineering or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications regarding the production environment / operations management / construction activities.
Have the willingness to become an Ambassador of Baker Hughes values: Lead, Collaborate, Grow and Care.
Have a degree or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the workplace health and safety highest standards.
Show proven experience with fabrication, welding (including dimensional controls), painting supervision and control (including NDT requirements) in the O&G industry.
Show Extensive knowledge of quality industry standards including AWS, ASME, API and knowledge of NDE methodologies.
Have knowledge of welding equipment and procedure specification, welder approval processes, material and compliance of workplace health and safety standards.
Have experience in working in complex organizations.
Demonstrate significant knowledge of quality industrial standards.
Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit.
Have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical information to customers.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 60,800 To 83,600.
"The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay".
