CSA Finance Specialist (M/F/D)

The CSA Finance Specialist plays a key role in supporting the financial performance, reporting, and operational finance activities of the CSA business. The role partners closely with regional finance leaders, commercial teams, controllership, project management, and shared service organizations to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective margin management, compliance with accounting requirements, and continuous process improvement.
The successful candidate will provide financial analysis and insights, support closing and forecasting activities, drive data quality initiatives, and contribute to business decision-making across multiple regions and legal entities.
As CSA Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting processes, including revenue, margin, and profitability analysis.
Partnering with regional CSA Finance Managers to develop sales and margin outlooks and assess risks and opportunities.
Analyzing business performance drivers and report to management
Supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assisting with statutory reporting requirements and support external and internal audit activities.
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data used for reporting and decision-making.
Supporting financial processes related to project accounting, including Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting.
Monitoring project financial performance and assist in revenue recognition and margin analysis activities.
Participating in contractual margin reviews and support actualization processes in collaboration with Risk Management and Commercial teams.
Reviewing and reconcile deferred balances and other contract-related financial accounts.
Coordinating and support intercompany billing and recharging processes across multiple legal entities and regions.
Working closely with intercompany teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues and outstanding balances.
Performing account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and financial tie-outs.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance requirements.
Driving initiatives that enhance financial reporting accuracy, automation, and data quality.
Collaborating with Finance Systems and IT teams to improve reporting tools, financial processes, and system efficiencies.
Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize finance workflows.
Supporting special projects and transformation initiatives across the CSA finance organization.
Have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Have professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Have relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, controllership, project accounting, or commercial finance.
Understanding of revenue recognition and project accounting concepts, including Percentage of Completion (POC), is desirable.
Have experience working in a complex multinational environment is preferred.

For Italy:The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,600 To 70,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
