Working closely with our Sales team and Customers across Europe & Asia, as well as key stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll be empowered to take ownership of customer relationships, provide timely solutions, and contribute to the ongoing success of our business. Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the customer journey, from order placement through to fulfillment and invoicing, ensuring seamless, accurate, timely and efficient service at every stage.

Plan, organize, and execute the entire order management process in a consistent, professional, and timely manner for all assigned accounts.

Handle customer questions and inquiries in a quick, accurate, and professional manner, ensuring all issues are communicated effectively to the customer and Customer Service Manager.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service actions, and order details, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.

Work closely with planning, shipping, and 3rd party logistics teams to ensure customer orders are filled promptly and accurately. Communicate current order status directly to customers.

Take ownership of service requests, including complaints, process credits, and handle freight claims, ensuring swift resolution and communication with customers.

Communicate directly with customers, probing to identify needs related to existing orders and qualifying new product requests. Work with internal resources to ensure rapid response and alert the sales team to potential leads.

Perform other related duties as necessary to support the customer service function.
