As Senior Scientist, you will lead the scale-up and industrialization of chemical processes—from laboratory and pilot development to full-scale manufacturing. You will play a key role in translating scientific insight into robust, scalable production processes, while supporting technology transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

Lead and support scale-up and industrialization of chemical processes

Translate lab and pilot results into robust manufacturing processes

Optimize existing processes and evaluate alternative production routes
- →
Drive technology transfer and implementation to manufacturing sites
- →
Troubleshoot production challenges through targeted laboratory work

Analyse plant data to identify improvement opportunities
- →
Communicate technical results clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
PhD or MSc in Organic Chemistry, Process Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Medicinal Chemistry
Experience with process scale-up, manufacturing support, or technology transfer
Industry experience from chemical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or similar process environments
Project management experience in cross-functional settings from development to implementation
Experience with analytical techniques (GC-MS, HPLC-MS, NMR, UV, IR) and/or DoE, modelling, or continuous/flow processes is an advantage
Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
