Responsibilities:

Represent Bally's at community meetings, workforce development initiatives, charitable events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements while serving as a professional ambassador for the organization.
Track program performance, partnership outcomes, and community engagement metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership
Provide leadership and direction to team members, interns, volunteers, and event staff to ensure high-quality execution.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, workforce agencies, nonprofit partners, and government officials.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder partnerships to ensure successful delivery of community engagement objectives.
Support Host Community Agreement initiatives, sponsorships, contracts, and other community-related commitments.
Lead the planning and execution of community engagement initiatives, sponsorship activations, volunteer programs, and public-facing events.
Manage event operations, including logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, materials, registrations, and post-event reporting.
Assist in the development of presentations, reports, correspondence, and communication materials to support community engagement strategies and stakeholder communications.
Support the administration and monitoring of community engagement budgets, expenditures, calendars, and documentation to ensure effective resource management and timely fulfillment of organizational commitments.

Compensation:

$92,875/year

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Requires frequent local travel and occasional regional travel in support of community engagement initiatives, stakeholder meetings, and corporate events.
Requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support property operations and community engagement activities.
Frequently interacts with employees, guests, community organizations, civic leaders, elected officials, workforce development partners, and other stakeholders.
Regularly attends and represents Bally's at community meetings, charitable events, sponsorship activations, volunteer activities, conferences, galas, and other public-facing engagements.
Works in a combination of corporate office, casino, event, and community-based environments.
Frequently stands and walks for extended periods while working in the casino, attending events, conducting site visits, and participating in community functions.
May be required to lift, carry, and transport event materials, promotional items, signage, and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
Regularly operates standard office equipment, including computers, mobile devices, audiovisual equipment, and presentation technology.
Must be able to travel independently to various community, corporate, and event locations.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences in both individual and group settings.
The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Occasionally required to sit or stoop
