Responsibilities

In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment process, using your market expertise to set competitive salary benchmarks and engage top candidates in Philippines. You'll build a strong talent pipeline, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure candidates align with company requirements. Strong communication, organization, and a strategic mindset will be key to success in this role.
- Manage independent recruitment processes
- Demonstrate job market expertise, and determine local salary ranges.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
- Perform initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ fit for roles.
- Understand job requirements and align candidate profiles.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future positions.
- Report on recruitment metrics and improve sourcing strategies.
- Strong understanding of local job market trends and conditions, including salary benchmarks
- Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
- Higher education
- High attention to detail
- Agility, proactivity and creativity
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Great time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task
