Location: Manila, Philippines (remote)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment process, using your market expertise to set competitive salary benchmarks and engage top candidates in Philippines. You'll build a strong talent pipeline, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure candidates align with company requirements. Strong communication, organization, and a strategic mindset will be key to success in this role.

• Manage independent recruitment processes
• Demonstrate job market expertise, and determine local salary ranges.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
• Perform initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ fit for roles.
• Understand job requirements and align candidate profiles.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future positions.
• Report on recruitment metrics and improve sourcing strategies.

• Strong understanding of local job market trends and conditions, including salary benchmarks
• Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
• Higher education
• High attention to detail

• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Great time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task
