Design and execute daily hitting practice plans
Collaborate with hitting coordinators to design and execute individual player plans
Collaborate with medical staff and strength coaches to identify and correct movement deficiencies
Utilize analytical tools and data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and development opportunities
Assist manager, developmental, and fundamental coach in daily on-field practice

Throw batting practice and execute on field/cage work
Appreciation for functional movement and biomechanical development
Intrinsically motivated, reliable, and a growth mindset

Former collegiate or professional playing experience
Ability to speak Spanish

The anticipated salary for this role is $44,000 - $52,000 annually depending on experience.
