CDL Driver/Warehouse Clerk

Shift: Day Shift (Weekend work as needed)

The Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping and receiving products, verifying product counts and labeling, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating forklifts, preparing loads for shipment, and helping maintain warehouse equipment and organization. This position plays a vital role in supporting efficient warehouse operations and ensuring materials move safely and accurately throughout the facility.

• →Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• →Verify product counts and ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials.
• →Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse inventory.
• →Supply materials to production lines to support daily operations.
• →Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• →Keep warehouse equipment, materials, and storage areas clean, organized, and orderly.
• →Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment, performing minor maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• →Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company safety policies.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Associate / CDL Driver is responsible for shipping and receiving products, verifying product counts and labeling, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating forklifts, preparing loads for shipment, and maintaining warehouse equipment. This position also operates a local shuttle and tractor, as well as dump trucks for landfill runs. Weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience
• Experience with inventory control and recordkeeping
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Qualified candidates will have:

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience
• Experience with inventory control and recordkeeping
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Warehouse Material Handler (Shipping & Receiving)

The current title sounds dated and administrative ("Clerk"), while most warehouse candidates search Indeed using terms like Warehouse Associate, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, or Shipping & Receiving. Using those keywords will improve search visibility and applicant volume without changing the job itself.
