(Assistant/Deputy) Operation Manager (Corporate Banking - Ops)

• → Handle cash management operation functions, product maintenance, transaction processing and related tasks.
• →Serve as a dedicated contact point to deliver and drive quality cash management services support function according to segmented services model.
• →Responsible for implementation and refinement of cash management projects, formulation of workflows, continuous monitoring and enhancement of services quality and pledges.
• →Deliver tailor-made and one-stop quality services by closely following up client’s needs, conducting case investigation and system testing.
• →Work as a team player with product specialist and relationship manager in carrying out the cash management operational function.

• Degree holder or above, preferably with Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or above qualification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in corporate banking or cash management services area.
• Experience in corporate banking cash management services,  cash pool/liquidity management product operation, or project.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
