Senior IT Quality and Security Manager (Quality Management)

Responsibilities:

• Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality / testing procedures, standards and/or specifications
• Working with system development teams and business teams to engage and review test automation specifications and executions
• Working with system development teams to review and improve overall quality of deliverables
• Coordinating QA meetings and initiatives among IT and business users
• Collecting, analyzing and distributing data and statistics regarding quality management, Writing QA reports and procedures.
• Responsible for various training programs that contribute to improving bank security and testing-related aspects

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 10 years working experience in IT, in particular a good understanding of agile methodology and test automation (lesser experience will also be considered for junior position)
• Hands on experience in using Selenium, Appium, TestComplete and UFT One is much preferred
• Certification in one or more of the following professional disciplines QM, PMP, Scrum Master is a definite advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, with strong analytical mind
• Good writing skills in both Chinese & English
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is much preferred
