Our mission is to revolutionize banking tech infrastructure by leading digital transformation at financial institutions — big and small.

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to lead digital banking and product implementation projects for financial institutions.

This role is critical to ensuring successful client launches. You will own the full implementation lifecycle, working closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to deliver projects on schedule while ensuring a smooth experience for financial institutions and their members.

The ideal candidate has strong banking or fintech experience, excellent project management discipline, and the ability to drive momentum across multiple stakeholders while solving technical and operational challenges during implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Bankjoy digital banking and related products

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful client launches

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success

  • Drive client readiness by leading implementation meetings and ensuring progress against timelines

  • Identify and remove roadblocks by working with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors

  • Configure products to meet client requirements

  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues during implementation and testing phases

  • Oversee testing cycles including UAT and go-live readiness validation

  • Support digital banking conversions and major platform launches

  • Ensure clients complete all required setup tasks and testing before go-live

  • Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders throughout the implementation process

  • Assist with post-launch stabilization and issue resolution

  • Document implementation best practices and continuously improve implementation processes

  • 5+ years of implementation, onboarding, or project management experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise SaaS

  • Strong understanding of banking systems and digital banking implementations

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proven ability to drive projects forward and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines

  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions with clients, vendors, and internal teams

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills to identify configuration or integration issues

  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations

  • Ability to translate technical issues into clear action items for clients and internal teams

  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms

  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability in fast-moving environments
