We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping Barti meet and exceed customer expectations by owning their entire initial experience. You will lead a structured onboarding process for new customers, taking them from post-sale kickoff to a successful "go-live." You will serve as the customer's primary partner during this critical phase, managing the project, configuring the platform, and training their team. You will be an important liaison between the customer and our sales and engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A self-driven and proactive mindset. You are adaptable, responsible, resilient, and eager to contribute to the team’s vision
Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira, HubSpot).
Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
A proven track record of handling difficult customer situations or implementation escalations.
Willingness to travel to provide in-person support for events, customers, and partners as needed.
