Provide analytical support in the development of reporting, processes, and procedures for a specific payment operations function. Analyze, validate, verify, and document the needs of project stakeholders in support of the strategic business plan. Assist management in the design of reporting, processes and workflow. Maintain accurate documentation through project completion. Ensure client data remains confidential and secure, processes are completed in accordance with Bank policies, and key processing deadlines are met. Make recommendations for operational efficiencies, procedures and processes. Support the banks strategic business plans, projects and processes.

Responsible for researching, analyzing, and implementing operational projects to improve efficiency and productivity.

Write and maintain written procedures/instructions, reviewing for consistent formatting, professional language, compliance with bank policies and the appropriate risk management controls.

Monitor system activities related to assigned areas of responsibility

Analyze operational issues in a responsive and customer focused manner. Research and troubleshoot complex operational issues, providing solutions to management.

Responsible for partnering with management in projects for process improvements and business systems analysis. Perform cost benefit analysis, obtain business and technical requirements, design systems.

Monitor and report on established performance objectives. Provide senior management statistical and management oversight reporting monthly

Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

Bachelor’s Degree

Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or other related field

Required

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.


2 or more years	of experience in retail banking or operations	Required

Experience with project management related to bank operations. Knowledge of bank operations, products, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of audit and exam functions.

Knowledge of methodologies of process analysis, development, and implementation. Ability to set goals and objectives, prioritize and plan work activities using time effectively, meet deadlines and commitments, and work independently with little or no supervision.

Proficient MS Office products. Knowledge of core banking system and ancillary products and applications.

Extensive verbal and written communication skills for a variety of audiences (both technical and non-technical). Ability to analyze problems of a technical nature with high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to accurately document problems and resolutions.

Possess a high level of analytical ability for resolving complex operational problems. Ability to respond promptly to customer needs.

Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relative to bank operations.

Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $27.09 - $36.65 hourly
