This location also offers a Same Day Clinic, offering convenient care for many common illnesses and minor injuries. Our clinic serves Fort Collins residents as well as nearby communities and Colorado State University students who need convenient same-day medical care.

A typical day as a Medical Assistant in Family medicine, includes a variety of tasks to coordinate patient care and support providers in a clinic setting. You’ll manage medication authorizations, administer vaccinations and perform point-of-care testing , or testing near the patient care site. MA's also prepare patients for exams and treatment using skills such as administering injections, blood draws and EKGs.
