Sr. Broker Manager - BeNeLux (m/f/d)

• You will acquire and support our broker partners with their sales processes across the BeNeLux region.

• You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.

• You will work directly with our General Manager BeNeLux and have the opportunity to help shape our go-to-market strategy, further expanding in the region.

• You will integrate insured companies onto the Baobab platform, including advising on risk mitigation measures in collaboration with our in-house specialists.

Minimum requirements for the role

• Experience as an insurance broker, -underwriter, and/or sales representative in the insurance industry; cyber experience is a definite advantage.

• You are creative and can independently manage priorities, deadlines, and your time.

• You are a strong team player who can handle a variety of contacts.

• You have demonstrated the ability to engage with commercial clients and have successfully conducted and concluded negotiations with them.

• Language Skills
