• $36.82 – $37.71 per hour + 25% casual loading
• Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $18,550, helping you maximise your take-home pay

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys caring for others. You’re reliable, compassionate and bring a positive attitude to every shift.

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
• Candidates who can speak multiple languages like Arabic or Italian would be a bonus to have.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential aged care
• A genuine passion for supporting older people and enhancing their wellbeing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, Weekdays preferred
• NDIS Screening Clearance (mandatory)

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll work alongside our care team to provide compassionate, person-centred support to our residents.

Reporting to the Residential Care and Services Manager, you will:

• →Provide personal care in line with each resident’s individual care plan
• →Support residents with their daily routines, wellbeing and personal goals
• →Take the time to listen, connect and understand what matters to each person
• →Build respectful and trusting relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
• →Accurately record care and consumer outcomes in BaptistCare systems
• →Identify and promptly report any workplace or consumer risks
• →Contribute to a positive environment and continuous improvement across the home
• →Participate in training and development to maintain your skills and compliance
