Personal Care Worker

We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care in our Wattle Grove residential aged care home in Lalor.

You’ll work closely with our clinical team to support residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

• →Provide high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans
• →Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meals)
• →Build positive relationships with residents, families and the care team
• →Accurately document care and report any concerns or changes
• →Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) (preferred)
• Experience in residential aged care (preferred)
• Compassionate, reliable and team-focused approach
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail (preferred)
• Commitment to dignity, respect and person-centred care

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Relevant worker screening/clearance as required (e.g., NDIS Worker Screening Check/WWCC where applicable).
• Proof of working rights in Australia.
