We're looking for an experienced Casual Catering Assistant to join our Hospitality team in Kellyville. This hands-on role offers variety, working across both the main kitchen and resident servery to support the delivery of high-quality meal services.

You'll assist with food preparation, meal plating and service, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure residents receive meals that meet their dietary requirements. We're seeking someone who understands the aged care environment and can confidently work with texture-modified diets in line with IDDSI guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working across both the main kitchen and resident servery
  • Assisting with food preparation, plating and meal service
  • Ensuring residents receive the correct meals according to dietary requirements
  • Supporting texture-modified meal service in accordance with IDDSI guidelines
  • Maintaining food safety and infection control standards
  • Cleaning kitchen, dining and food service areas
  • Working collaboratively with the broader hospitality and care teams
  • Helping create a positive dining experience for residents

At Gracewood Centre, you'll join a supportive and hardworking team that takes pride in what they do. We work together to deliver excellent service, support one another during busy shifts and keep residents at the centre of everything we do.

If you're looking for a workplace where your contribution is valued and where you can genuinely make a difference each day, you'll fit right in.
