Degrees:

• Associates.

Additional Qualifications:

• Employees hired prior to 2022, may substitute 5 years of experience in lieu of an Associates degree.
• Certification preferred in one of the following : CHAA- NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate, CEHRS – Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist, OPN-CG -AONN Oncology Patient Navigator - Certified Generalist , or CITI - Collab Inst Training Init.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent service skills.
• Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, HER, EMR,) Knowledge/experience in Cerner, Ambra, Vilocity, etc.
• preferred.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
• Required: knowledge of Health Care Regulatory guidelines to include but not limited to HIPAA, AHCA, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of Medical terminology, Bilingual desired(English/Spanish).
