This is a seasonal position, spring through fall, offering overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

→Complete nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
→Provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight hours
→Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
→Monitor hotel security and respond appropriately to overnight concerns
→Prepare the lobby and coffee station for the morning team
→Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment throughout the night

Requirements

Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Clear communication and effective problem-solving skills
Comfortable working overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
