The Global Benefits and Wellbeing Team is responsible for delivering and managing Baringa’s employee benefits across all locations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for employees. The team oversees day-to-day benefits administration, maintains systems and data, supports global initiatives, and continuously improves processes in collaboration with People, Payroll, Finance, and external partners.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own and deliver day-to-day benefits administration across global programmes (e.g. medical, risk, pensions, wellbeing platforms)
- →Manage and respond to queries via the Benefits inbox, using templates and judgement to ensure accurate and consistent responses
- →Maintain employee data within benefits platforms and systems (e.g. Workday and provider portals)
- →Confidently undertake all core benefits processes, demonstrating strong attention to detail and ownership
- →Support the maintenance of documentation (e.g. task lists, SOPs, benefit booklets, intranet pages, inbox templates) to ensure consistency and scalability
- →Identify potential risks or issues and escalate appropriately in a timely manner and Support audit requirements through accurate record keeping and documentation
- →Ad hoc support of global and local benefits projects (e.g. new provider implementation, policy updates, wellbeing initiatives)
- →Collaborate effectively across the Benefits team to ensure a consistent global approach
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience providing administrative support in a business environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and communications
- Confident communicator with excellent level of written and verbal English, able to clearly explain processes and information
- Ability to work independently on core tasks, whilst proactively seeking input when needed
- Experience with inbox management and/or customer service
- Preferable experience supporting multi-country benefits programmes
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems is desirable
