Responsibilities

→Working directly with the Engineering team and shop floor personnel on various assignments including:

→Inspection work instructions
→Data administration – ensuring current specification compliance
→Repair process work instructions
→Repair development support
→Tooling design modifications for improved production efficiency
→Tooling design for processing aircraft components through repair
→Quoting of new repairs
→3D Printing
→CAD support AutoCAD Inventor
→CNC Programming
→Inspection reports for customer review
→Reviewing MRO technical data revision status
→Uploading documents into business online technical library
→Collection and analysis of production quality data

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Ability to schedule and organize time and tasks effectively
Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment
Previous experience working with power/hand tools and measurement devices a plus
CAD experience a plus
Experience with MS Office preferred

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in an engineering or technical discipline
