You have proven experience overseeing QC pipelines for episodic and feature work, and you are comfortable making creative and technical decisions to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality across multiple shows.

- Review vendor bids and assess feasibility, scope, and alignment with production requirements
- Evaluate incoming vendor deliveries and internal artist work to ensure they meet show standards before shot integration
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to vendors and internal teams, ensuring continuity and efficiency in revisions
- Attend production and supervisory meetings, contributing to scheduling, shot strategy, and workflow decisions
- Collaborate closely with CG/VFX Supervisors to uphold creative intent and technical integrity across all deliveries
- Step in as hands-on roto/paint support when required due to schedule pressure or vendor limitations
- Help define and improve roto/paint and QC workflows, tools, and best practices across the studio
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in a VFX studio environment, with a strong background in compositing and/or roto/paint
- Previous experience in a Lead, Senior, or Supervisory role strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Nuke, Silhouette, and Mocha
- Proven ability to guide artists and vendors through clear, structured feedback and QC standards
- Strong understanding of production pipelines and shot delivery workflows across episodic and/or feature work
- Excellent artistic eye with strong attention to detail and consistency across shots and sequences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across shows and shifting deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a calm and solution-oriented approach under pressure
- Experience working directly with production, supervisors, and external vendors in a client-driven environment
- Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable owning outcomes across multiple projects
