Grapevine Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for the following:

• →Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to meet their shopping needs.
• →Assist customers with product selection, sizing, styling, and fit recommendations.
• →Maintain a thorough understanding of the store’s product assortment, including new arrivals, promotions, and sales events.
• →Operate the Point of Sale System and handle customer transactions accurately.
• →Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals through effective selling techniques.
• →Keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and visually appealing in alignment with brand standards.
• →Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise.
• →Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• →Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety standards.
• →Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• →High school diploma or equivalent required.
• →Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• →Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• →Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• →Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• →Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• →Interest in men’s and boys’ fashion and trends is a plus.
• →Standing or sitting for extended periods.
• →Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• →Repetitive wrist motion.
• →Audible recognition of alarms.
