→Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
→Maintain an up-to-date product inventory sheets and pick lists.
→Maintain backstock in a neat, clean and organized manner.
→Interview, select candidates, and oversee a team of retail associates.
→Create and maintaining the schedule for all retail associates.
→Delegate responsibilities to retail associates.
→Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
→Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
→Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
→Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
→Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
→Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
→Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
→Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
→Ensure the store fulfills all safety guidelines.
→Contribute to a positive work environment.
→Perform other duties as assigned.

Proven experience in retail management, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
Ability to effectively manage cash handling, cash registers, and inventory control.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Experience in negotiating with vendors and managing vendor relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
