CELL LEADER

Cell Leader   *Plans, directs and coordinates activities of work cell to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame. *Willing to fill in as needed in the work cell to aid in managing flow of product when needed. Upholstery skills are required. *Reviews daily schedule to determine time for completing projects. *Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of schedule and arranges for assignment of personnel. *Reviews and modifies schedules or plans as required. *Prepares cell reports for management. *Confers with plant management to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. *Make sure all team members specialize in one job, but are cross trained on others to keep the workflow going. *Make sure all supplies are in the work area for employees to complete the job. *Enforce company rules and regulations to employees.   While performing this job, individual must be able to regularly stand, use hands, walk, bend and must frequently lift.
