Careers Advisor

Permanent contract, 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

4 days per week with a flexible day off.  You will be needed at least 2 days at our Somer Valley Campus in Radstock.

Salary is the full time equivalent
(actual salary is £20,619.64 - £23,136.59)

Key purpose: Working within the Careers and Employability team, the post holder will assist in the provision of an effective, inclusive, impartial, aspirational service and Careers related learning programme, working across both college sites where needed. Supporting all leaners, both adults and 16-19 students, on Apprenticeships and courses, including ESOL and T-Level learners, high needs students and external learners, in making informed decisions that reflect their interests, meet their career goals, increasing career confidence and readiness and promoting positive destinations.
