Bath Planet by NW Bath Specialists is hiring a reliable, tenacious Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying busy, and turning leads into scheduled in-home appointments.

**NOT A WORK FROM HOME OR REMOTE POSITION***
***Hours Tuesday-Friday 9AM-6PM Saturday 8AM-5PM***

Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission on qualified appointments set.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally.
→
Make up to 200 outbound calls per day to follow up with leads, customers, and past prospects.
→
Qualify homeowners and schedule free in-home design consultations.
→
Confirm upcoming appointments by phone and text.
→
Follow the call script, handle objections, and keep the conversation focused on setting the appointment.
→
Accurately enter customer information, notes, call outcomes, and appointments into the CRM after every interaction.
→
Work multiple tasks at once while staying organized and focused.
→
Meet call-volume, appointment-setting, quality, and attendance expectations.
→
Work closely with the call center and sales teams to keep the schedule full.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
A positive, confident, and professional phone presence.
Someone who is dependable, competitive, and motivated by results.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
Able to multitask on a computer while speaking with customers.
Detail-oriented with solid data-entry and CRM skills.
Call center, inside sales, appointment-setting, or customer service experience preferred.
Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
