Field Service Technician

Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Signature Bath Solutions is a locally owned and growing bathroom remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Central Pennsylvania. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, quality craftsmanship, and a professional experience from start to finish. We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety. You'll be responsible for completing service calls, performing final technical measurements on sold projects before materials are ordered, assisting with warehouse operations, and supporting our installation team when needed.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of residential plumbing and construction, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys solving problems independently.

• →Complete warranty and service work on completed bathroom remodeling projects.
• →Perform detailed technical measurements on sold jobs to verify all dimensions before materials are ordered.
• →Identify and communicate any jobsite issues that could affect installation.
• →Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, shower, and bath system issues.
• →Assist with material receiving, inventory organization, and warehouse maintenance.
• →Load and unload installation materials and verify job orders.
• →Pick up and deliver materials to job sites and suppliers as needed.
• →Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• →Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff.
• →Travel throughout Central Pennsylvania to customer homes and job sites.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, plumbing, or a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and general construction practices.
• Ability to accurately measure and verify remodeling projects.
• Comfortable diagnosing and resolving service issues independently.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed
