Clinical Educator, Skilled Nursing

• →Plan, lead, and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios in the lab environment
• →Support field staff orientation, ongoing development, and performance improvement
• →Conduct clinical chart reviews and utilization review reporting
• →Mentor and guide staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care

• Current RN license in New York (multi-state/compact license preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of staff development or nursing education experience
• Experience with orientation, clinical chart review, and performance improvement plans
• Strong assessment, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills
• Ambition to grow and advance within the organization

• Full-time role: exempt        
• Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
• Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
• Participation in on-call rotation as needed
