Clinical Manager, Skilled Nursing

• →Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• →Visit our Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Hudson County. 
• →Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• →Supervise RN's and LPN's in the field.
• → Facilitate new hire orientation.
  
• →Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
  

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Homecare experience is a PLUS! 
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!

• Competitive compensation package:
• Salary range: $95,000- $115,000 / year
